On Monday 3rd July Year 4 created a unique salad dish for each of the Junior School teachers.
They had studied the 'Eat Well Plate', foods that provide fibre and specialities from various countries in preparation. The children designed a questionnaire to find the individual tastes of their teacher and used this to create their original recipe.
Various preparation techniques were demonstrated.
The proof of the proverbial pudding was in the tasting. All the salads were well received!
The teachers are currently completing their evaluation forms- also designed by the children.
